This Privacy Policy explains how BuildHer VII Holdings, LLC and its divisions—BuildHer & Co. (Paint & Signature Finishes), BuildHer Site & Prep, and BuildHer Signature Clean‑Up & Restoration (collectively, “BuildHer,” “we,” “us,” “our”)—collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, request a quote, submit forms, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our online services (the “Site”).

This Policy applies to the Site and to information we collect from clients, prospective clients, vendors, subcontractors, job applicants, and other Site visitors. It does not apply to information collected offline in ways not referenced here or to third‑party websites/services we do not control.

Colorado/Virginia/Connecticut/Utah and similar laws: We honor applicable requests and opt‑outs consistent with those laws.

Florida: Our services are primarily business‑to‑business. Where Florida law provides consumer rights, we will honor valid requests.

We may take before/after photos of our work. We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
